The service
Orrery is this website and the shared account behind the family. It is part of Orrery, a growing family of tracking apps.
Your account
Your account is a shared Orrery account: the same sign-in works across Orrery family apps. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for personal, lawful tracking. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or misuse the underlying infrastructure.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
Intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you add. Reference data shown in the app belongs to its respective sources.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
